Qualifications: OTO requires the Director of Sales to set challenging weekly goals that include an established minimum number of face-to-face outside sales calls with current and prospective accounts. The typical day for a Director of Sales will consist of a high percentage of time devoted to outside sales calls, with the balance of the day spent on in-house sales and account maintenance. In addition, OTO requires the Director of Sales to comply fully with OTO's weekly and monthly sales reporting system. While the position is mostly unstructured and offers a considerable degree of day-to-day autonomy, the Director of Sales will have the hands-on support and participation of the hotel general manager, the regional director of sales, and the regional director of operations with sales calls.
Degree in Hotel / Hospitality management preferred.

Job Description: OTO believes one of the keys to a hotel's success is a strong, aggressive sales effort that is driven primarily by direct outside sales calls. The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and executing this sales program at their respective hotel. The Director of Sales will market the hotel's rooms and services to both corporate and leisure travelers including group and transient that visit the market.

Job Description: * Serves as the General Manager, Coach, and Leader of this 110 suite Fairfield Inn & Suites property opening soon in Ft. Pierce.
* Accomplishes hotel human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation strategies.
* Develops hotel financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
* Promotes the hotel by developing and implementing advertising, sales, and publicity programs; deciding the type of patronage to be solicited; speaking to community and business groups; sponsoring special events at the hotel.
* Maintains the hotel's stature by inspecting guests' rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and order; verifying the quality of food and beverage services; overseeing special events.
* Maintains customer confidence by personally responding to and resolving complaints.

Job Description: Internship opportunities exist at multiple locations in support of start-up plans and initial operations. Intern will support hotel General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Director of Sales in Operations or Sales/Marketing projects.
Qualifications: The Regional Director of Sales works with each hotel's leadership team to set challenging weekly goals for each property that include an established minimum number of face-to-face outside sales calls with current and prospective accounts. The Regional Director of Sales trains the local sales team in the company's established methods for outside sales calls, in-house sales, account maintenance, and OTO's weekly and monthly sales reporting system. While the position is mostly unstructured and offers a considerable degree of day-to-day autonomy, the Regional Director of Sales will have the hands-on support and participation of hotel general managers, hotel directors of sales, and the regional director of operations. Extensive travel within the region required. Three or more years successful experience in hotel sales and Degree in Hotel / Hospitality management preferred.
