Service Story: The Pantry of Broward County

The associates at the Hampton Inn & Suites Ft. Lauderdale West-Sawgrass/Tamarac held a food drive during the month of August to benefit The Pantry of Broward County. With donation bins located throughout the hotel, associates, partners, and guests contributed to the effort, providing non-perishable food items to the cause. The property was able to donate 225 pounds of food at the end of the month, helping to boost the holdings for The Pantry.

The Pantry of Broward County is a non-profit focused on helping seniors and area grandparents who are raising grandchildren, all of whom are in a low income category.
