Beal House Project Earns Two Excellence in Construction Awards

Excellent partnerships yield exceptional projects.

OTO Development’s Beal House project in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, recently earned two Excellence in Construction awards from Associated Builders and Contractors of North Florida: a 1st Place Eagle Award ($10M-$25M commercial category) and ABC’s Project of the Year Award.

The accolades recognize the outstanding work of Robins & Morton, the project’s general contractor; Pond, which provided architecture, engineering, and interior design services; and OTO’s development and purchasing teams.

These project partners exceeded our expectations for this ambitious, down-to-the-studs renovation which transformed an old beachfront property into the vibrantly reimagined Beal House Fort Walton Beachfront, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
