OTO Development, part of The Johnson Group, recently received two 2023 CONNECT Awards from Marriott International:

CONNECT Award for Best Collaborator — in recognition of OTO's significant contribution to Marriott as a franchisee that participates in franchise advisory councils, pilots key initiatives, provides valuable feedback, and supports the strength of the brand by driving performance and developing new assets.

CONNECT Award for Best Hotel Opening — in recognition of AC Hotel Bethesda as a property that opened with minimal punch work while also exceeding RevPAR Index, Guest Satisfaction, Occupancy, and RevPAR goals.

These brand accolades from Marriott are a powerful affirmation of OTO's commitment to executing at the highest level while connecting in meaningful ways with brand partners, third-party management clients, and, especially, our hotel guests.
