OTO Development is proud to announce the opening of the newest hotel option in Nassau County, the Residence Inn by Marriott Long Island Garden City.
The all-new hotel, located at the doorstep of Roosevelt Field, features 163 spacious studio and one-bedroom suites perfect for stays on Long Island. The hotel is the only Residence Inn in Nassau County and the first hotel to open in Garden City since 1983.
“We are excited to open our doors and welcome guests to the newest hotel in Garden City,” said General Manager Allison Mitchell. “We look forward to providing a great new option for essential workers now, and in the future, all visitors to Nassau County.”
The new Residence Inn by Marriott is designed to be a home for business or leisure travelers. The hotel is situated in the heart of Garden City with easy access to Belmont Park, Nassau Coliseum, Jones Beach, LaGuardia and JFK airports, and several tremendous golf courses in the area.
Business travelers can take advantage of complimentary WiFi and the 500-square-foot Amelia Earhart Meeting Room.
“Our spacious suites offer the perfect place for essential workers to rest or for home office workers to have a place to spread out and be productive. We’re taking all proper steps to maintain the safety and well-being of our guests and associates to ensure a positive experience,” Mitchell said.
The new hotel features all suite guest rooms with full kitchens, complimentary WiFi throughout the property, free grocery delivery, on-site laundry facilities and dry-cleaning service. When the time is right, guests will enjoy maintaining their fitness routine while traveling with an indoor swimming pool, putting green, large fitness center featuring Peloton, and the RI Runs program with pre-programmed running routes from the hotel through the Under Armour MapMyFitness app.
