OTO Development Welcomes Aloft BWI Hotel to Managed Portfolio

Growing their managed portfolio has been a priority for OTO Development. Jason Boehm, VP of Business Development, commented, “In new management opportunities, we look for properties where we can make a big difference. Housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest experience are our top priorities; we’ll bring this hotel to meet – and ultimately exceed – Starwood’s expectations for the Aloft brand.”

Top local attractions are easily within reach, attracting both corporate events and families. The BWI business district is also home to top technology companies like Northrop Grumman and Computer Sciences Corporation. Orioles Park at Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium, and more entertainment venues round out the surrounding area.
