OTO and Simon Partner to Bring New AC Hotel to Jacksonville’s St. Johns Town Center

OTO Development is partnering with Simon — a real estate investment trust engaged in the ownership of premier shopping, dining, entertainment, and mixed-use destinations — to bring a new AC Hotel by Marriott to St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida.

AC Hotel Jacksonville St. Johns Town Center is slated to open in March. Designed to strike the perfect balance of form and function, the four-story hotel will feature 118 sleek, modern guest rooms along with amenities including an AC Lounge, a fresh-air patio and outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and flexible meeting space. The property will offer easy proximity to TPC Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, and EverBank Stadium, home of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The new hotel is located within the heart of St. Johns Town Center, Northeast Florida’s premier outdoor shopping, dining, and lifestyle destination. This offers hotel guests direct, easy access to more than 90 market-exclusive retail brands such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Alo Yoga, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Altar’d State, as well as more than 25 dining options including Restoration Hardware's Rooftop Restaurant, The Capital Grill, Maggiano's, J. Alexanders, True Food Kitchen, and The Cheesecake Factory.
