TripAdvisor Awards OTO Development Hotels with 2014 Certificates of Excellence

OTO Development is pleased to announce their hotels that have received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award. TripAdvisor’s Certificates of Excellence are awarded every year to deserving hospitality establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and attractions. To earn this accolade, a hotel must rank in the top 10% globally in guest satisfaction, maintain at least a four-out-of-five star rating, and receive a minimum number of reviews. TripAdvisor® rankings and awards are especially important in the hospitality industry because they reflect the opinions of the people who really matter, the guests.
